摘要
文章报告了阳离子表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)对大鼠肝微粒体脂质过氧化模型的影响。结果表明,SDS对四氯化碳(CCI_4)激发的微粒体脂质过氧化反应、细胞色素P_(450)、细胞色素C还原酶和NADPH-ADP-Fe^(++)活化的耗氧量及氨基吡啉脱甲基酶都有一定影响,主要表现为抑制作用,即抗氧化作用。
The effects of sodium dodecyl sulfonate (SDS) on lipid peroxidation in rat liver microsomal system has been studied. The result shows that the SDS has inhibitory roles on thiobar- bituric acid (TBA) reaction generated By CCl_4, activities of aminopyrine demethylase, cytochrome C reductase and cy- tochrome P-450, and oxygen uptake. There are stimulations in low dosages of SDS and inhibition in high dosages of SDS in this system. The possible action of SDS on the microsome by its colloidal property.
