摘要
本文研究武汉易家墩地区利用工业及生活污水养殖,非挥发性有机致突变物在塘水,鱼体组织及底泥中的存在状况及相互关系。结果显示鱼塘水受到污水的严重污染,水样(经换算后体积)100m1/皿即对TA98、TA100菌株具有致突变性,鱼样(经换算后重量)0.1g/皿时就表现为阳性,提示水中有机致突变物可通过食物链危害人体健康。鱼塘底泥在本实验中未显阳性结果。
This paper dealt with the mutagenicity of nonvolatile or- ganic extracts from water, fish and sediments and their inter- relationship in the process of fish-farming with sewage which was discharged from Y industrial area of Wuhan city. The re- sults of Ames test showed that the converted dose of water sample which was equivalent to 10 ml of water per plate had positive response to tester strains TA98 and TA100 as the re- sult of severe pollution of fishpond. The mutagenic activity of fish tissue, with a positive result at a converted level of 0. 1 g per plate, was much higher than that of water, suggesting that the mutagenic substances of fish could be concentrated through food chain and produced harmful effects on people's health. However, the mutagenicity of sediments of fishponds was not observed, the mechanism of which remained to be fur- ther imvestigated.
