污水灌溉对小学生体内微量元素的影响 被引量:2

摘要 太原市郊区灌溉农田的工业废水中锰含量为1.3668mg/L,约为对照区灌溉水锰含量的20倍。其饮用水中锰含量为0.1468mg/L,是对照区的3倍。污染区小麦粉、玉米粉及高梁粉中锰含量分别为30.51mg/kg、8.47mg/kg、12.79mg/kg均高于对照区,二者差异显著(P<0.01)。4种蔬菜锰含量亦显著高于对照区(P<0.01);污染区内83.8%的学生血锰含量超过正常值的上限(0.069mg/L),其均值为0.16mg/L,是对照区的3倍;发锰均值为3.09μg/g,高于对照区的0.90μg/g,差异显著(P<0.01),发锰与血锰呈显著正相关;污染区学生发锰与发铁呈显著负相关。 The 105 couples of student's(8~12 years old) were in- vestigated in two primary schools. One is located at sewerage irrigated area, where there is a large quantity of Manganese (Mn). The other is located at unpolluted area. Mn contents in sewerage and wells in polluted area were 1.37rag/l and 0. 1468mg/l,while in irrigated and drinking water (wells)of unpolluted area were 0.07mg/l and 0. 0541mg/l respectively. Mn contents mainly in grain and vegetables except sorghum flour, are above sanitation standard and higher than that in unpolluted area. Mn contents in student's blood and hairs in sewerage irrigated area were 0.1606 ppm and 3. 09 ppm which was obviously higher than that of control group(0. 0548 ppm and 0. 9ppm),P<0. 05.
