摘要
本文阐述了汽车制动稳定性的基本概念以及利用ZBT 24007-89标准中的相应条款,对几种具有代表性的国产双轴汽车的制动稳定性进行了分析,提出了在国产双轴汽车上安装制动力自动调节装置是改善微、轻、中型汽车制动稳定性的较好方案。此外,还在轻型越野汽车上安装了惯性比例阀(DSPV)进行了对比试验,得出了与理论分析相同的结论。
In this paper, the basic concept of braking stability is clarified and the braking stability of a variety of China-made doubleaxle automobiles is analyzed based on the corresponding provisions in the standard ZBT24007-89. The analysis shows that the braking stability of China-made double axle automobiles of light, medium and mini-types can be improved by installing an automatic braking force adjustment device. Furthermore, the comparison of braking characteristic tests between light trucks with and without DSPV show that the test results and the theoretical analysis were basically consistent.
