摘要
本文简述在NL机场修复工程中应用促凝压蒸法在混凝土铺筑1小时之后即可推定出混凝土的28天抗折强度。室内试验结果表明:与热水法(JGJ15-85)相比,1小时试验法的推定精度相同而速度快得多(1小时对7小时)。分析现场数据表明,1小时试验法对于控制混凝土的质量是非常令人满意的。
This paper outlines the acceterated autolaving test method used in the repair work of NL airport for estimating the 28 day flexure strength of concrete within one hour after concrete placed. The laboratory test results indicate that the accuracy of prediction of 1 hr test method is at the same magnitude order of and quicker than the hot-water method (JGJ15-85 ) (1 hr versus 7 hr). The analysis of the field data indicates that the 1 hr test method is very satisfactory for quality control of concrete.
