高等级道路沥青路面车辙的控制与防治

Control and Prevention of Rutting in Asphalt Pavements of High-Class Road

本文针对我国高等级道路沥青路面结构的具体特点提出了车辙的控制指标——容许车辙深度。通过行车安全性分析和专家咨询,在参考国外标准的基础上,初步建议了我国高等级道路沥青路面的容许车辙深度范围。根据对于材料性能以及路面结构组合的分析,确定了衡量沥青混合料抗车辙能力的指标以及防治车辙的路面结构组合原则,并相应地提出了有效的车辙防治措施。最后,建立了一种以车辙深度为控制指标的沥青路面设计方法。

In the paper, the acceptable rutting depth is adopted as the control index of rutting in asphalt pavements of high-class road and its acceptable values are determined by taking both vehicle travelling safety analysis and expert consultation into cousideration with the standards published abroad as references. Then, based on the research of asphalt mixture properties and combinations of pavement strutures, viscous modulus is adopted to represent the rutting resistance ability of asphalt mixtures, and effective-measures of rutting provention are accordingly advanced as well. Finally a new apshalt pavement design proccedure referring to rutting depth is developed.
