摘要
以体育系田径普修中 77名男生为研究对象 ,采用对比教学实验 ,比较在体育系跳高过杆技术教学中 ,联合使用辅助练习的教学与常规教学间的教学效果比较 ,结果发现 。
In teaching the prostrate-style high jump skills , we design an experiment to compare the efficiency between general teaching way and the way attached to assistant exercises . The result show that the teaching way attached assistant exercises have a better teaching efficiency than the former one .
