With a variety of analytic methods, this thesis makes a comprehensive analysis about how to construct a college physical education group. It points out that college PE faculty should improve and renew their quality and knowledge structure and strengthen the training of ideology and working abilities so that they can meet the needs of college education development in the twenty-first century.
