摘要
就终身体育在我国的实践过程中 ,所显露出来的自觉性、经常性、生活性、社会性、普及性和科学性等特点 ,进行了初步的探讨 。
This paper studies the consciousness,the regularity,the generality,the popularity and the science of lifelong PE,which exist in the practice lifelong PE in our country.The conclusion may be used as reference for the further theoretical research of lifelong PE.
