根据中专女生的生理、心理特征 ,阐述了学校体育教学要从女生的特点出发 ,通过科学、合理地进行教学 ,能使学生获得良好的生理、心理体验 ,同时 ,加强学生思想教育 ,端正学生的体育学习态度 ,树立科学的体育价值观 。
