论西部大开发与民族区域自治制度的完善

On Western Development and Systematic Perfection of Regional Autonomy of Minority Nationalities

民族区域自治制度是我国的一项基本政治制度。西部地区是我国少数民族的主要聚居地区。本文分析了民族区域自治制度在西部大开发中所面临着的新的发展机遇与挑战,并论述了增强西部发展自治地方的经济自治权、完善民族法制体系和建设一大批高效精干高素质的民族干部队伍等完善民族区域自治制度的主要措施。

The regional autonomy of minority nationalities is a basic political system in China.The western region is a ma- jor region where minority nationalities live in compact communities.The author analysed that the regional autonomy of minority nationalities would be faced the new devdoping chance,and challenge.Them he discussed the major measures of perfecting system of regional autonomy of minority nationalities,shch as:We should strengthen econom- ic autonomy in western national autonomous region;we should perfect national legal system;We should build up large qualifies of national contingent of cadres that they are efficient,capable and high quality.
