Comment on the Mould of Relationship between Central and local Power

中央与地方的关系是每个国家进行统治和管理时都必须面临的问题。文章从我国转型时期的实际情况出发 ,结合西方国家在处理两者关系上的成功经验 。

The relationship between central and local power is a problem in managing every country.Starting with the actual situation of china at the turning point,in the light of successful experiences of western countries in dealing with the relationship between these two,this paper puts forward a mould which combines necessary contralization of state power with separation of local power with chinese characteristics.
