摘要 本文总结了杏树岗油田杏一区东部油、水井出现套管变形时的开采动态征兆。进行了关控注水井,调整注采关系;下保护封隔器,施加改造措施,对套管出现变形的油井改变泵挂深度;对套管变形区加强动态监测,及时调整注水方案等控制套管损坏速度的现场试验。收到了减缓套管变形速度,套管变形区范围基本得到了控制的效果。 ABSTRACT The omens in production performance when casings in oil wells and injection wells arc deformed in the Eastern Xing I Area, Xing Shugang Oilfield are summerized in the paper. Pilot tests for reducing the rate of casing damage have been carried out, the tests are adjustment of injection-production relationship by closing and controlling injection wells, performing measures for reforming by setting protective packers, changing the setting depth of pumps in those oil wells where casings are found deformed, putting more emphasis on performance monitori ng in the areas where casing deformation occured, timely adjustment of injection plans and etc. Better results has been obtained from these pilot tests, such as the fact that the rate of casing deformation has been slowed down and, the extent of casing deformation area has been basically controlled.
