摘要
对集美大学体育学院的师资队伍建设的基本情况进行分析，进而阐述了转变“人才”观念和加强师资队伍建设的几点认识。
We have investigated and analysed teachers team persent situation of Physical Education Institute Jimei University and we have elaborated a few knowledges about a talented person concept and teachers team built.
