合理定位 突出特色──合并中集大体院走向之我见

分析了集大体院的现状，从探讨合理定位入手，提出综合性大学中的体院办学要坚持高等教育的基本要求；在运动竞技上，要依势择项；对不同层次的学生群体要因材施教；以教练制、导师制指导管理学生，从而既保持体育特色又不失基本要求，办出高等体育教育的特色与效益。

This paper analyzes the current situation of Physical Education College of Jimei University, simultaneously, puts forward an advice that fundamental requirements of higher education should he carried out in school running of P. E. College in any comprehensive university. In order to give prominence to the characteristics and benefits of P. E. in colleges and universities, some golden rules should be followed: choosing games in accordance with circumstances, teaching students in accordance of their aptitudes, and introducing a tutorial system.
