摘要
本文对 1992～ 1998年参加全国幼儿基本体操的各队进行遥测心率的跟踪调查测试 ,从生理学的角度深入探讨练习基本体操对幼儿身体机能和发展的影响 ,使幼儿基本体操的开展建立在更加科学的基础上。
This research conducted a track survey on heart rate changing detected by the means of remote-control measurement to the participants who took part in National Children's basic Gymnastics Competitions in 1992~1998. It deeply discussed, from the point of physiology, the influence on children's physical function and growth through practising basic gymnastics, which could make the development of children's basic gymnastics on more scientific basis.
