摘要
为克服SZ36—1油田丛式井钻进中曾出现过的井眼扩大、泥岩井段水化膨胀及油层保护等问题,对阳离子聚合物体系进行了研究,并对页岩滚动回收率,CST值、粘土矿物层间距、储层岩心渗透率恢复值进行了测定,最终确定了阳离子聚合物体系的设计及现场应用。实践证明,该体系完全适合于SZ36—1油田丛式井钻井的需要;能起到稳定井眼,保护油层,提高钻井速度的作用。
In order to overcome the problems such as hole-size elongation, water swollen in the shale interval and formation protection, etc. which arises in the process of drilling the cluster wells in SZ 36 - 1 Oilfield, a study has been carried out for the cation polymer system. Determination have been made for the shale rolling recovery, the value of CST, the clay mineral spacing and the build-up value of reservoir core permeability as well. Finally the article establishes the design of the cation polymer system and its field application. The practices show that the system is completely suitable to the needs of cluster drilling in SZ 36 - 1 Oilfield and it can take the effect to stablize the hole size, protect to pay zone and raise the drilling speed.
