摘要
在水平井施工中,由于采用了倒装钻具组合,钻杆在弯曲井眼中要承受压缩和弯曲荷载。当其采用旋转方式钻进时,应力呈不对称循环交变特征。在此情况下,钻杆的疲劳破坏是井眼曲率的限制条件之一。本文通过理论分析,提出了最大允许井眼曲率的工程计算方法,以指导水平井的设计和施工。
In drilling of horizontal wells, the drill pipes have to atand compression and curve load in curved hole for the backward drlling string assembly is adopted.When the rig operates in the way of rotary drilling , the stress presents a feature of non -symetrical alternating cycle. Under such a condition, the fatigue damage of drill pipes is one of the restrictions on the borehole curvity. The article , by means of theoretical analysis , puts forward the engineering calculation method for the maximum allowable borehole curvature in order to guide the design and drilling practice of the horizontal wells.
