摘要
项目的费用控制是指对项目所需费用及其使用的控制。它贯穿于项目从立项决策到竣工投产的全过程,是项目控制的重要方面。本文从实际出发,着重介绍绥中36—1项目在费用控制方面的具体作法和体会。内容涉及到项目预算,项目费用控制及费用分析、预测和调整,同时还对项目费用控制的必要条件做了简要的阐述。
The cost control refers to the conund of cost needed and its expenditure in the project. It executes from the early stage of policy making to the final completion and production and it is the principal aspect of the project control.The article , based upon the objective reality , mainly introduces the way of doing things and understanding in the project of SZ 36- 1 Oilfield. The cost control involves the budget for project, cost control for project, cost analysis, projection and its adjustment. Finally , the article gives a brief description of the essential conditions for the cost control.
