基于DnV规范中的有关条款和弹性理论中的能量原理,本文给出了一种等效简化平台上部结构'板—肋'系统的新方法,即面板加劲肋体系用水平桁架代替的方法。这种方法用于近海平台整体分析,不但可以节省人力和机时,而且计算精度比较高。本文介绍这种等效简化方法,以及它在工程设计中的应用。

Based on the concerned items in DaV Code and energy principle in the theory of elasticity. a new method of equivalent horizontal truss is presented in the paper. It ia an equivalent simplified system for the upper structure of the platform, which takes the place of the original stiffened deck floor system. The method adopts the global structure system. It not only saves the man power and time but also has the high calculation precision. Finally. an overview for the method and its application in engineering are provide in the paper.
