结构可靠度分析在近海工程结构设计中的应用

摘要 结构可靠度分析在以可靠度理论为基础的结构设计中占有重要的地位。目前国内、外有关部门和科学工作者正在为近海工程结构设计由允许应力法向以可靠度理论为基础的设计方法的转变开展研究、准备条件。本文在概要说明结构可靠度理论及方法的基础上,重点介绍了有关美国石油学会规范API RP 2A 准备由工作应力设计法(WSD)向荷载及抗力系数设计法(LRFD)转变的一些情况,及其与结构可靠度分析的关系。文中还列述了近年来在近海工程结构可靠度分析方面开展的几项工作,并对今后的工作提出了建议。 Structural reliability analysis occupies an important place in the structural design. At the present,scientists both at home and abroad are carrying out research work in order to make preparation for the transition from WSD (Working Stress Design) to a new method which is based upon the theory of reliability. By giving a brief description to the theory and its method, the author introduces some information of API RP 2A on the transition from WSD to LRFD (Load and Resistance Factor Design) and their links with structural reliability analysis. In the ankle, some recent research projects carried out in offshore structural reliability analysis are reviewed . Some suggestions are presented for the future work.
