The Influence of Loading Character of the Cantilever Drilling Rig on the Drilling Design and Operation

本文在总结渤海地区使用悬臂式钻井装置钻丛式生产井成功经验的基础上,分析一些钻井设计在钻井施工中反映出来的实际问题。由于悬臂梁的荷载特性对钻井作业的特殊要求和影响,在钻井设计中,必须要综合考虑钻井装置的操作特性,安全余量,井眼轨迹等多方面的因素,作出合理的井网分布设计,以满足现场施工的要求。

Based on the summerized successful experience for drilling cluster wells in Bohai Sea,some practical problems arising out of cantilever drilling rig are analysed. Due to the special requirements of the cantilever loading character, a comprehensive consideration is necessary for the drilling design in the following factorsi operation character of the drilling rig, safety margin and borehole trajectory, etc. in order to work out reasonable well pattern designs and satisfy the well site operation.
