关于我国竞技体育俱乐部产业化经营模式的探讨

Make a Study of Sports Club Industrialization Management Model in China

为探讨我国竞技体育俱乐部产业化经营的最佳途径，采用文献资料法、调查法，对我国竞技体育产业经营的现状、存在的问题以及未来发展的经营模式进行探讨，结果：当前我国竞技体育俱乐部经营模式有其特点，但也有弊端：外国经过几十年的探索使其经营已经成熟，其成功经验可以借鉴。结论：在当前杜会转型的历史条件下，较完善的竞技体育产业化经营模式是：“协会＋公司＋俱乐部”模式。

The paper makes a study of the management model about the present condition, the exis- tent problem and future development of our country sport clubs industrialization, with document ma- terial law and investigation law, for searching their best way. Result: it has feature about our coun- try sports physical culture club management model at present, and has the malpractice; the foreign country's mode has made ripe management, and can be used for reference. Conclusion: under the society turn history condition now, the more perfect sports industrialization management model is the one of ASSOCIATION + COMPANY + CLUB.
