An Analysis of the Transfer Effect of Professional Football Players

旨为职业足球运动员转会投资产生最大效益。采用文献资料等研究方法对欧洲延续近百年的球员转会这－职业足球俱乐部投资行为、球员转会投资效应最大化的条件、投资风险以及评价标准等方面进行分析。分析认为：一项成功的球员转会投资不仅可以为投资方带来理想的比赛成绩，也可以为俱乐部经营带来高额利润，但这也是一项高风险投资，如果决策失误，投资不仅盈利无望，成本也将难以收回。

This paper, by using scientific research method analyses the transfer of players btween professional football clubs, an investment act with an age-long history in Europe. It discusses condi- tions for maximizing the transfer result, risk of investment and criteria for assessment. It concludes that a successful transfer will not only bring to the investor remarkable achievement in league matches but also produce high benefits to the club. It also points out that as a high-risk investment, the trans- fer will give no promise of benefit or even no hope of cost-recovering as long as there is a wrong deci- sion made.
