摘要
把表象训练法的理论及方法应用在体育舞蹈的教学中，旨为提高体育舞蹈教学效果，本文通过实验表明，表象训练法能有助于建立和巩固正确动作的动力定型，加深动作记忆。
The aim of applying the theory and the method of the Training Image to physical educa- tion dancing is to improve the effect of teaching. Through lots of experiments the essay shows that the Training Image can qicken mastering of acting and help enhance position fixing and memorizing of ac- tion.
