摘要
西沙群岛生态环境极佳 ,旅游资源独特 ,市场前景喜人。开放西沙群岛旅游是我国国家稳定、国力强大、海防巩固的体现 ,具有政治、社会、经济、文化等多重意义。在实地考察、综合评估西沙旅游资源的基础上 ,提出“一核二点、核点结合”的总体布局战略 ,以热带海洋生态旅游为特色的观光、度假、学习等多功能的定位策略 ,并就开发原则、产品创意、形象设计、保障系统和管理运作机制等方面作了探讨。
The Xisha Islands, with their excellent ecological environment and unique tourist resources, are a tourist market of prospect. Opening up the Xisha Islands tourism will be of political, social economic and cultural significance embodying stability, power and strong coastal defense of our country. This article, based on comprehensively evaluating the Xisha Islands tourist resources by a field investigation, suggests a general strategic plan of “one core and two points, a combination of the core and points”, and orientation tactics of multiple functions in sight seeing, holiday spending and study featuring the tropical ocean ecological tourism. It discusses as well topics on the principles of exploring and construction, product creation, image design and administrative mechanism.
