摘要 论述漏磁场的聚磁检测原理,提出钢丝绳断丝漏磁场的聚磁检测方法,讨论聚磁器结构尺寸与钢丝绳绳股间漏磁场的消除以及断丝产生的漏磁场有效测量间的关系,实现了多种规格钢丝绳断丝漏磁场的高信噪比检测。 This paper introduces the magnetic concentracting principle for measurement of mangetic leakage flux and the applications of this principle to measure the mangetic leakage flux caused by the broken wires in wire ropes,in adi-tion,the relationship between the size and shape of concentractor and weakening the inherent magnetic leakage flux of the strands of ropes and inspecting effectively.The magnetic leakage flux of broken wires is discussed Based on these analyses,it is possible to measure the magnetic leakage flux of broken wires with high signal-to-noise ratio for variant size of ropes.
