摘要
介绍了钢丝绳内部断丝传感器磁化工作点的设计后,讨论了提高钢丝绳内部断丝检测灵敏度与抑制股波干扰的方法。
In this paper,we first introduce how to design the working point of magnetization for a sensor used for detecting inner broken wire in a rope.Then,the methods of improving sensitivity in detecting inner broken wire and testraining the interference wave caused by strand leakage flux are discussed.
