摘要
用间日疟病人血,离体感染中华按蚊,分离子孢子,用10~12万条子孢子/次的量,免疫BALB/c小鼠,抗体效价均达到1:640,取其脾细胞作融合试验,已培养出抗体滴度高、特异性强的抗间日疟原虫子孢子单克隆抗体(McAb)。
The blood taken from Plasmodium vivax patients was used for membrane-feed- ing An. Sinensis wiedmanns. 15 day later or so,the sporozoites were separated. Each mouse was immunized with 100-120 thousand sporozoites per time according to a certain schedual. All the titers of antibody to sporozoites from immunized mice reached to 1:640. The spleen cells from im- munized mice were fused with SP2/0 cells to obtain the monoclonal antibodies to P. vivax sporo- zoites with high titers and specificity.
