摘要
用高功率Nd:YAG激光器以KDP晶体三倍频得到355nm紫外激光辐照人与猪皮肤,肉眼观察其红斑发生率,以迭代加权概率单位法求得MRD_(50),人皮肤为37.9mJ/cm^2,猪皮肤为87.9mJ/cm^2,后者的损伤阈值比前者高出1.3倍左右。
In the present experiment human and pig skin were irradiated with 355nm ultraviolet laser radiation emitted from triplicate of KDP crystal, and the erythema was observed by the naked eye. It was found that the incidence of erythema ranged from one percent to hundred percent By statistical method, we calculated the irradiation dose in probability unity. The minimal reaction dose of 500% probit (MRD_(50)) as the threshold dose of skin. The MRD_(50) at this wave length region is 37.9mJ/cm^2 for human skin and 87.9mJ/cm^2 for pig skin. The latter is about 1.3 times higher than the former Morphological changes of the pig skin with erythema were observed with scanning elecctron microscopy. The cause for the difference of erythema doses between the human and pig skin was discussed.
