目的：对引起全自动生化分析仪检测结果异常的原因作一总结。方法：终点法，速率法试验的结果分类加以讨论。结果：样品，试剂，仪器，标准与质控，审核等多方面因素均可引起结果异常。结论：抒好各个环节，才能使检测结果真实可靠。

Objective To study the causes of unnormal results of auto - chemistry analyzers. Methods Every thing that can change the final results and rate were analysed. Results Samples, reagents, analyzer, calibration and QC and etc. can result in the unnormal results. Conclusion All the links of the test should be dealt with carefully in order to get correct results.
