摘要
低能量激光对生物体具有刺激作用。经Ar^+激光波长514.5nm照射后的人胎肝造血细胞,可以在体外培养体系中分裂增殖,造血细胞集落明显增多。用激光照射产生集落刺激因子(CSF)的细胞,可以提高CSF的活性,在造血细胞体外培养体系中,使用该CSF,也能明显地提高造血细胞集落的形成率。用激光技术来处理造血细胞,可以成倍地提高细胞产率。这一技术不仅有理论意义而且有实用价值。
The stimulating effect of low energy laser on proliferation of the CM-CFUc and theCSF activity were investigated by cultured human fotal liver hemalopoietic cells in vitro.The number of CM-CFUc of human fetal liver hematopoietic cells after irradiation by Ar^+ laser(514.5nm, 0.15J/cm^2) was increased significantly as compared mith that with 488 nm laserirradiation. On the contrary, when a larger laser energy dose was used, the number of GM-CFUc decreased. The laser efficiency changed from stimulation into inhibition when a energydose more than 2.4 J/cm^2 was used. The CSF was prepared by cultured umbilical cord cells.When these cells were treated by laser less than 1.0J/cm^2, a significantly increased CSFactivity upon human fetal liver hematopoietic cells was shown. Again, the CSF activitychanged from stimulation into inhibition when a larger laser energy dose was used.
