摘要 本研究用铜蒸气激光照射人胎骨髓或小鼠骨髓造血干/组细胞,可以使造血细胞GM-CFUc增殖,用578.2nm和510.6nm的激光照射造血细胞,经体外培养后,其GM-CFUc值和未照射组比较都有显著增加,这些结果与我们用Ar^+激光514.5nm照射的结果相似。本文还就激光对造血细胞的作用机理作了初步探讨。 Effects of copper vapour laser in enhancing the proliferative activity of hematopoieticGM-CFUc were studied with the bone marrow from new born mice and buman fetus. After theirradiation of hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells of mice by copper vapour laser of both578.2 and 510.6nm and cultured in vitro, the GM-CFUc increased significantly than thatof the nonirradiated control group. The enhancing effect of copper vapour laser to the pro-liferative human fetal bone marrow cells was similar to that of fetal liver hematopoieticcells treated by 514.5nm Ar^+ laser previously presented elsewhere.
