Nd:YAG激光手术治疗淋巴管瘤110例临床疗效观察

Nd:YAG Laser Therapy of Lymphangioma in 110 Cases

淋巴管瘤是一种很难治愈的先天性淋巴管发育畸形。本文报告了110例,应用Nd:YAG激光手术治疗,取得了良好的效果,随访时间最长达四年,总有效率达98％以上,提出Nd:YAG激光手术是目前治疗淋巴管瘤的最佳疗法。我们还根据不同的类型,提出了不同的功率、手术层次和手术方法。

Lymphangioma is a congenital malformation of lymphatic vessels, often difficult to cure.We employed the Nd: YAG laser to treat 110 patients with lymphangioma in this departmentfrom 1988 to 1991. We established different operation procedures and selected differenpower levels of the laser, according to the types of the lesions. Satisfying results wereobtained and a 1～4 year follow-up showed that among the 110 cases, complete cure wasobtained in 49 (44.5%) cases, significant response in 54 (49.1%), partial improvementin 5(4.5%) and failure in 2 (1.8％) cases. The results suggested that at the moment theNd: YAG laser therapy may be a most promising modality in treatment of lymphangioma.
