激光光动力学疗法联合微波治疗小鼠移植性实体肿瘤的实验研究

摘要 本文对130只小鼠移植性实体瘤应用PDT联合微波进行治疗。动物分成5组:A组PDT/MWT,B组MWT/PDT,C组 PDT;D组 MWT,E组空白组。PDT:腹腔注入HpD(50mg/kg),48h后激光照射(200J/cm^2)。微波治疗:10~20W×5′,使瘤体内温度达42~48℃。结果:治疗后各试验组瘤体迅速缩小(P<0.01),而空白对照组瘤体则迅速增大(P<0.001)。抑瘤作用A>B,C(P<0.05),A>D(P<0.01)。结果提示PDT联合微波可提高对恶性肿瘤的治疗作用。 130 mice with subcutaneously transplanted pulmonary adenocarcinoma were treated with PDT and/or microwave therapy(MWT).The mice were randomly divided into five groups. A: PDT-MWT,B: MWT-PDT,C:PDT,D:MWT and E:control. PDT:HpD(50mg/kg)was injected i.p.followed by laser irradiation (200J/cm^2)48 hours later. MWT:The tumor was irradiated with microwave (10~20W,5min)to keep the local temperature in 42~ 48℃. Result: The sizes of the tumors in group A,B,C and D reduced rapidly (P<0.01).Three tumors in group A and B disappeared at 16th and 19th days respectively. Whereas the tumors in control group enlarged quickly. At the end of the third week the enlargement was more than five times. The differences among the control and experimental groups were statistically significant. The decrease of tumors volume was slowed in the order of A, B,C and D. Optical and electron microscopic examinations showed rapid degeneration and necrosis of tumors cells soon after the treatment. Necrosis was most apparent at the 72nd hour. Most or all tumor cells disappeared at the end of the third week,which were replaced by granulomatous tissues. Among some scattered surviving tumor cells, necrosis can still be seen. In conclusion,it is suggested that PDT in combination with MWT may enhence the therapeutic efficiency of tumors.
