本文在对“文化”、“文化与文化事业”、“文化与文明”等相关概念辨析的基础上 ,从基本概念的使用、理论展开的层次、十四大以来的新发展等方面 ,对建设有中国特色社会主义文化理论进行了系统的论述 ,探讨了这一理论的科学性、进步性与合理性。
