20世纪下半叶的全球化，正以一种不以任何人的意志为转移的发展成为现实。全球化改变着当代的政治、经济和社会生活，它对我们党的建设也必然带来深刻的影响。党要始终走在时代的前列，经受住各种风险，就必须正视这种现实，抓紧研究相应的对策，迎接全球化的挑战。
Globalization, as a process of the whole world's modernization, is an objective reallty independent of man's win. Inevitally, the Party's construction has been deeply influenced.
