中欧科技合作关系评述

COMMENTS ON SINO EUROPEAN TECHNOLOGICAL COOPERATION

中欧科技关系已成为中欧关系重要组成部分之一，它赋予中欧关系实质性的内涵和持续发展的动力。中欧科技合作涉及能源、生物、环境、信息等诸多领域，具有同步性、集中性、多样性及不确定性等特点。但也应看到，中欧科技合作的总体水平较低，缺乏深度和广度。

Specially prepared on technological terms, the article gives a detailed review of scientific and technolgical cooperation between China and EU over the past 20 years and makes a deep analysis on its specific features. The article maintains that the development of Sino European technolgical relatons have been affected by the ups and downs observed in Sino European political and economic relations. This can be called as synchronization. Secondly, the development of the bilateral technological relations is mainly concentrated in such aspects as energy, biology, environment and information which can be called as concentrativeness. Thirdly, the cooperation also bears a nature of multiplicity and uncertainty. Fourthly, the cooperation remains at a relatively low level without depth and width.
