摘要
介绍一种应用于FMC的以减少换刀次数为优化目标的加工计划优化编排方法。该法适用在刀库容量较小的FMC上生产多品种复杂工件,实验证明可减少30%的换刀次数。
This paper introduces an intelligent preferred method of orientation that is used in FMC for processing workpieces.With this method,the FMC can reduce the number of tool change about 30% which is less than that done by manual effort.Thus the efficiency of FMC is increased.
