掺半导体玻璃中的简波四波混频

摘要 本文报道了硼酸盐玻璃中掺杂半导体微晶CdS_xSe_(1-x)的简并四波混频。当实验中采用波长λ=0.532μm,脉宽t_p=8ns和t_p=6ps的脉冲进行四波混频时,测得CdS_xSe(1-x)。的三阶非线性极化率x^((3))的值分别为~10^(-9)—10^(-8)esu和10^(-11)esu,瞬态光栅的衰减寿命为30ps。实验装置的时间分辨率为6ps。 In this paper, degenerate four- wave mixing in borosilicate glasses doped with crystallites of the mixed semiconductor CdSxSe1-x is reported. When the experiments were performed with the light pulse at wavelength A =0. 532μm, pulse-durations tp=8 ns and tp=6 ps, these semiconductor-doped glasses exhibit third-order nonlinearities x(3) of-10-9-10-8esu and -10-11 esu for DFWM with 10 ns and 6 ps laser pulses, respectively. The experimentally measured decay time of the gratings is 30 ps, with a time resolution of 6 ps.
