摘要
将Nd∶MgO∶LiNbO_3晶体置于对称近共心腔内,在染料激光器的相干泵浦下,采用非临界相位匹配,同时考虑晶体的泵浦温升效应作了控温修正,实现了高输出连续自倍频运转。二次谐波的输出功率达12.2mW,转换效率为每瓦23.5%。
CW self-frequency-doubled operation of Nd : MgO : LiNbO3 laser has been achieved in a nearly concentric cavity pumped by coherent radiation. The maximum output of second harmonic power as high as 12. 2 mW and the conversion efficiency up to 23. 5% per watt were obtained.
