摘要
采用10.6μmCW CO_2激光引发Fe(CO)-5/SF_6体系制备链球状纯铁超细磁粉,反应气体凝聚成核时经过一个直流定向磁场,以提高粉体的各向异性,与蒸发凝缩法制备纯Fe磁粉的成核条件相比,激光热解法可以取得更大的制备压力范围和更高的产率。
Chain-of-spherical magnetic iron UFP have been prepared by irradiating Fe (CO)5/SF6 system with a CW CO2 laser. During nucleation, the Fe vapour was let to pass through a orientated DC magnetic field, so as to improve anisotropy of the powder. It was indicated by comparing the two different conditions of nucleation that laser pyrolysis may acquire a higher pressure range of preparation and higher efficiency than gas evaporation.
