摘要 在热环境中运动导致循环、体温调节和代谢功能的改变。体温过高是热环境中运动能力的决定性因素。因此,采取一定的策略减弱热环境运动时中心体温的升高可以提高运动能力。这包括热习服、液体摄入和运动前降温。 Exercises in hot environment can affect the function of circulation, thermoregulation and metabolism. The decisive factor of exercise ability in hot environment is fervescence. The ability of exercises can be improved if some tactics are used to lessen core temperature increasing.
