本文根据中、小学生运动中出现的髂前上棘撕脱骨折进行了个案分析，从损伤机理，临床表现，处理意见及预防进行了论述。

The individual eases were analysized on the avulsion fracture of anterior superior iliac spine which often happened in elementary and secondary school sports competition. A disussion was carried out from damage mechanism, clinical feature to treatment and prevention.
