肌肉的红、白肌纤维成分与人体基本运动能力、动作结构的生物力学特征关系的研究 被引量:5

摘要 运用实验的方法初步考察了肌肉的快、慢肌纤维对人体基本能力及动作结构的生物力学特征影响。在进行单个环节及全身最简单的运动时 ,快、慢肌纤维的影响主要表现在动作的力及速度方面。但在进行较复杂的全身基本运动时 ,快、慢肌纤维才显出对动作结构的生物力学特征方面的影响。说明快肌纤维多者 ,对完成复杂动作更有利。另外 ,实验结果也提示我们 ,水平越高的运动员 ,快肌纤维对完成运动的影响更大。 Effects of fast twitch and slow twitch muscular fibers on the basic physical performance of the body and the biomechanical characteristics of movement structures were preliminarily observed by applying experimental methods. During exercises of a single segment and the simplest movement of the whole body the influences of the fast twitch and slow twitch muscular fibers were principally expressed in the aspects of force and velocity of the movement. But the influences of fast twitch and slow twitch muscular fibers on the biomechanical characteristics of the movement structures did not appear until more complicated basic movements of the whole body were performed, which indicated that the more fast twitch muscular fibers are possessed, the better the complicated movements will be performed. Furthermore, the results of the experiment pointed out that in the high level athletes their fast twitch muscular fibers influenced much on the performance of movements.
