摘要
采用 SD大鼠进行一次急性负重游泳运动 ,观察运动对大鼠血浆白细胞介素的影响。结果表明 :急性运动使大鼠血浆白细胞介素 - 1明显增加 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,白细胞介素 - 6明显增加 (P<0 .0 1) ,白细胞介素 - 2下降 ,但无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结果表明 :运动诱导白细胞介素发生不同的变化 ,运动训练可以作为一种调节自然免疫机能的手段。
Effects of exercise on plasma interleukin of rats were observed by making the SD rats to have an acute swimming with a load. The results indicated that the acute exercise had led to a remarkable increase of plasma interleukin 1 ( P <0.05) and interleukin 6 ( P <0.01) as well as a decrease of interleukin 2 in rats, but not significantly ( P >0.05). The results also indicated that exercise induced different changes of interleukin and exercise training could be applied to be the means of regulating natural immune function.
