学校体育教学的目的是让学生成为终生体育的收益者。针对目前高校学生对体育课和体育活动缺乏兴趣的状况，进行多方面的分析和研究，通过一定的教学手段提高学生对体育课和体育活动的兴趣。

The destination of PE class in university is to teach student how to get benefits from PE activity in whole their life. Through researching the reason why the most of university students don't like to attend PE cIass, present the method how to improve student's interesting of attending PE class.
