摘要
采用72只成年健康杂种猫,随机分为正常、对照和治疗3组,Allen法400gcf制作猫急性脊髓损伤模型,观察了三七总皂甙对脊髓损伤后早期6h的治疗保护作用。结果表明,治疗组与对照组比较,脊髓损伤区血流量明显增加,脂质过氧化产物丙二醛含量、水含量及离子含量的异常改变得到改善,节段性脊髓诱发电位回复较好,光、电镜检查发现治疗组脊髓损伤后伤区组织损害程度明显减轻,提示三七总皂甙对脊髓损伤早期的继发性损害具有一定的保护作用。
The effects of general saponins of panax notoginseng on experimental acute spinal cord injury was studied in 72 cats. The animals were subjected to 400gcf contusion to thoracolumber spinal cord. The results showed that: (1)The level of SCBF in drug-treated group was found to be higher than saline-treated cats which appeared to be decreased and compared to normal cats at 6h postinjury. (2) The degree of ionic disorder in drug-treated cats were struking ameliorated and the contents of H2O were also markedly decreased. (3)The level of MDA in drug-treated cats showed to be lower than the saline-treated cats. (4)The recovery of SEP in drug-treated cats were better than the saline-treated cats. (5) The morphyological finding revealed that: in drug-treated cats, the damages of gray and white matter were slight in contrast to those of saline-treated cats which appeared to be typically damaged. The above results suggest that the general saponins of panax notoginseng has some protective effects on contused spinal cord in cats.
