主要从营养卫生学的角度分析了目前传统中式筵席存在的弊端 ,指出了中式筵席改革为何艰难的原因。针对这些情况 ,探讨了中式筵席的改革并提出一些对策。

The article mainly analyses the shortcomings from nutriology and hygienics which the traditional Chinese feast exists at present, and indicates the reason why the reform of the Chinese feast is difficult.In the light of these situations, the author discusses the reform of Chinese feast and puts forward some strategies.
