摘要
采用文献资料与体育产业发展的实践紧密结合的研究方法，对我国体育产业政策性金融机构的运行特征、组织机构、资金来源、业务领域、管理方式、服务领域、经营目标，以及发展我国体育产业政策性金融机构的可行性和必要性等，进行了论述。
By literature and in accordance with the practice of the sports industrial development, the present paper discusses the operational characteristics, organizations, source of the fund, business scope, management mode, service items and business target of tactically financial organizations for sports industry in China. Meanwhile, the feasibility and necessity of developing the tactically financial organiations for sports industries in China are expounded.
